Acrylic Traffic Paint	Solvent-borne acrylic traffic paints dry quickly and provide better durability compared to traditional fast-dry paint.  Aexcel manufactures a low VOC (under 150 g/l) acrylic copolymer traffic paint to meet EPA regulations.  Easy clean up, convenient waste disposal and companies with VOC regulations are also important factors in the growing popularity of these formulations.  These coatings perform well on all types of pavement and are available in all colors.
Alkyd Traffic Paint	Aexcel’s alkyd traffic paint, formulated to provide a long-lasting, durable line for asphalt and concrete, has been an industry workhorse for many of years.  We offer regular and fast drying alkyd, along with a hi-solids formula to meet all state and federal specifications.  These products are available in all colors and like our other solvent formulas, the color retention is unsurpassed.
Chlorinated Traffic Paint	Chlorinated-rubber formulations, known as zone marking paints, provide high performance, quick dry times, and excellent durability on a wide range of road surfaces at competitive prices.  We offer various grades of chlorinated-rubber products to meet our customer’s needs.  If it’s a State Specification, a Federal Specification, a hi-solids product, or a personal customer requirement, we can offer you a product that will meet your needs.  Aexcel prides itself on the color retention of our lead-free chlorinated-rubber products.  If you’ve ever had a line “bleach out” in the sun, you need to try Aexcel’s chlorinated-rubber.
Epoxy Traffic Paint	Permanent raised pavement markers provide excellent night visibility in both wet and dry conditions, and are widely used in areas of temperate climate.  For easy application and maximum holding power, specify Aexcel two-component epoxy adhesive.  It is applied easily with standard epoxy adhesive dispensing equipment.

MMA Traffic Paint    RoadZilla®	RoadZilla®, the amazingly durable marking system, is outperforming everything on America ’s roads. Rather than repainting your zone markings every couple of years, RoadZilla® gives you long-lasting protection.  Some applications have lasted as long as eight years!   There’s no need for expensive application equipment…a hand trowel and a stencil will do just fine for auxiliary markings.  Plus, it cures fast…you’re open to traffic in just 20 minutes!  Roadzilla® is a special two-component methyl methacrylate system which uses a blend of quality polymers.   It’s not only more durable and easier to apply, but with its reflective glass beads, it also significantly improves visibility and motorist safety.   Methyl methacrylate has been in use for over 20 years worldwide.  It's been road-tested and proven in England, Sweden, Denmark and Germany, as well as on some of the toughest roads in America.
Polyester Traffic Paint  Lane-Lite®	Aexcel’s polyester traffic paints are recognized for their durability (over 2 years) and their low VOC (under 100 g/l), making them a cost effective, high performance marking system.  Field testing has shown that polyester paints provide unsurpassed durability which makes them the most cost-effective paint for asphalt, when compared on a life-cycle basis with alternative paints and marking materials.   All polyester marking paints are two-component, field reactive formulations.  Lane-Lite® is formulated with 99%+ paint solids which means only negligible VOCs are emitted - even less than waterborne.  Aexcel polyester formulations achieve a track free time of less than 15 minutes.  This product is available in white and yellow and has been approved by the Ohio, New York and West Virginia Departments of Transportation.
Waterborne Traffic Paint	Aexcel manufactures waterborne traffic paint that meets the performance of US Federal Specification TT-P-1952B and 1952D, along with other state DOT specifications.  Our waterborne paints can be applied over new concrete (that has cured for 30 days), asphalt, on airport runways and they all exhibit excellent color retention.  All of our waterborne products are non-flammable, lead free, and formulated to have less than 150 g/l of VOCs.  Regardless of the color that you are looking for or the specification that you need to meet, Aexcel has a waterborne product for you.
